Jack Goguelin

Founder

Prior to founding Convici Capital, Jack spent time in various senior management positions at a global debt brokerage. Those positions included being part of the executive management team for the group and sitting on the boards for many of the group’s international subsidiaries. Whilst in these roles, Jack was responsible for looking after teams in Jersey and Dubai. As part of heading up these international offices, Jack was able to build an extensive network of clients and contacts and is therefore able to draw upon expertise in all industries associated with high value debt transactions.

Before entering the world of high value debt, Jack worked at a number of fiduciary services businesses head-quartered in Jersey. Those positions focused on investment in real estate assets. The clients behind the offshore structures that housed these assets ranged from private individuals to pension funds and some of the world’s largest corporations.

During his time in fiduciary services, Jack trained in accounting and has a keen eye for detail particularly around financial information. It’s this attention to detail coupled with years of experience in governance that enables Jack to have a clear and objective understanding of the transactions he manages, and enables an agile decision-making environment at Convici Capital.
